Please use the form provided below in order to send us a reservation request.
You will receive a reply shortly after we examine your request.

Reservations

Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
A deposit of 25% of your stay total is required to gaurantee your reservation.
Deposit must be made within four calendar days of the receipt of the reservation form, or availability can not be gauranteed.

Check In

15:00 until 23:00
If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.
Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received in order for you to check-in .

Check Out

Children

Crib/cots for children up to 2 years old are available at no extra cost upon request

Payments

Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received upon your arrival.
We accept cash, bank deposits, and Western Union.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to info@videresuites.com
Cancellation requests received 30 days or more from your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded minus any banking/money transfer costs.
Cancellation requests received less than 30 days will receive no refund.
'Non-shows' your deposit is forfeit and will not be refunded

Early departures

If for any reason your departure is earlier than planned, you will be charged 100% of the remaining balance. If the remaining balance is less than the cost of a single night you will be charged for the entire night.

Cleaning

Your accommodations are cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and towels prior to your arrival.
Daily cleaning is provided for all apartments.
Linens are changed every three days, and towels every third day, unless you request otherwise.
